Andy Qin has experience in complex international civil arbitration and litigation of all types based on Shanghai office, including international trade cases, maritime cases, international insurance and banking cases, international debt collection cases and foreign investment cases. Recently he has also participated in FDI, international M&A, oversea IPOs and other non-litigation projects.

The particular emphasis of Andy's practice has been on international trade and business dispute settlement by arbitration and litigation which involves commercial contracts, letter of credits, bill of lading, charter parties and cargo insurance policy. Regarding to non-litigation services, Andy Qin has been retained by dozens of oversea companies, foreign invested companies and domestic corporations as counselor to manage legal issues in daily business operations as well as in projects like investment, M&A and oversea IPOs.

To date, Andy has been honorably appointed by several reputable companies as Chinese legal counselor, such as Tian’an Insurance Ltd., Europe Swiss-Well AG ltd., French Linkup Ltd., Hongkong Anfaro Ltd., and etc.
